Policeman Castillo is womanizer and a professional policeman. Castillo has a specially private participation in the case as the offender killed the partner of Castillo not long past. The crook holds the new partner of Castillo Clay Allen at gunpoint, just for Castillo to shoot at Allen for the bullet reach the offender and to go through. Castillo then taunts him with naked images of his wife.
Someplace around the highway, an armored truck is hijacked by a gang of corrupt policemen directed by Raymond Kurtz. Kurtz's son Reed pulls a girl from her car so that she won't be killed by the resultant explosion. The truck is stolen from by the gang plus they make their getaway.

TJ is going to blow his cover, because the truck driver is TJ's boyfriend and is a part of the gang of Kurtz. Before jumping to his passing from the chopper, tJ looks. Kurtz only flees.
Jon and Ponch start their investigation by interviewing the girl who Reed pulled from the auto and observed the robbery. The other policemen can not help but laugh including Kurtz, who's part of the CHP.
